I was so impressed with the way in which my problem was taken care of. Our heat quit working in the basement, and Twin City Heating and Air came out (they were recommended to me by my son) and found that my pipes had frozen. We have hot water heat, and their service tech Wymond handled it with professionalism and courtesy. I knew right away that he would be able to fix my problem, and he did! it was fast, and we don’t have to worry anymore about the heat in the basement! Thank you!
