MINNEAPOLIS FURNACE TUNE UP

Complete annual tune-ups are essential for preventing problems and maintaining warranties. Twin City Heating and Air’s trained technicians will perform Minneapolis furnace tune-up and professional cleaning in 60-90 minutes which includes the following 21 operations:

1. Carbon Monoxide – test air flow duct system for dangerous carbon monoxide
2. Thermostat – test for proper operation, calibrate and level
3. Inspect for combustible material around furnace
4. Ignition System – test for safe and proper operation
5. Exhaust System – test for proper venting
6. Measure Supply/Return temperature differential
7. Safety & Control Circuits – test for proper operation
8. Inspect and adjust fan belt tension (if applicable)
9. Clean existing air filter
10. Lubricate and clean blower motor air vents
11. Furnace Burner – clean and inspect (brush and vacuum)
12. Heat Exchangers – clean and inspect (brush and vacuum)
13. Clean furnace exterior
14. Visual inspection heat exchangers for dangerous cracks and wear
15. Gas Pressure – measure and adjust for peak efficiency
16. Lubricate all moving parts per manufacture
17. Blower Motor – measure amperage and voltage for proper operation
18. Electrical Wiring – inspect and tighten connections
19. Combustion Vents – clean and inspect (upper and lower)
20. Camera inspection of furnace heat exchange
21. Natural Gas – check for leaks
